Membership
How to Join:
- Fill out the membership application by clicking on the image above (you will need to attach a photo for your membership card so please have one ready).
- Once you’ve submitted the membership application you will be transferred to our payment page. You can pay with either PayPal or a credit/debit card.
- Within a few days of receiving your application and payment we will e-mail you to confirm that you are now a member.
- Within two weeks we will send you your membership pack which will include your membership card.
Membership benefits:
- Full access to ‘The Allotment’, the MTB site that we manage at Longleat
- Full access to all club events and Activities - currently including a weekly night ride, ladies rides, quarterly trail centre trips, tickerTape’s and more
- Access to the Black Canon Collective forum - enabling you to keep in contact with other club members and discus and arrange club activities
- Full use of club equipment – currently including a Freelap Timing System and Light & Motion Lights
- A frequent club newsletter to keep you up to date with what the club is doing, exclusive offers and more
- Voting rights on all aspects of the club including committee roles and trail development
- Discounts of 10% from Avon Valley Cyclery in Bath, 10% on Accessories at Live 2 Ride in Frome, 10% at Cycle World in Salisbury and 10% at BCH Camping (which has branches in Trowbridge, Cheppenham and Bath)
The membership year begins on the 1st April, and lasts until 31st of March the following year (so please note that no matter when you joined your membership will expire on 31/03/10).
Membership Prices:
(As there’s only a few weeks left in this membership year, we’ve cut the prices of all membership options)
- Adult Membership (18yrs+): £5 (was £25)
- Junior (up to 17yrs): £5 (was £20)
(If under 13 a parent or guardian will also have to be a member)
- Family (2 x Adults + 1 x Child): £10 (was £45)
Children must be aged 13 or under, £5 per additional child
Children must be accompanied by one of the adults at all times
Children will not be eligible to vote
Your membership fee goes towards:
- Land Licence
- Club Insurance
- Membership cards
- Signs
- Tools
- and other essentials needed to the running of the club.
