“…it’s all about dropping your wrists…”

“…it’s all about dropping your wrists…”

The BCC Ride Leader Training course is in full swing, two days of learning done and one day of assessment left to go. We’re all learning loads thanks to Seamus and Steve our CTC trainers, but also thanks to some pretty fantastic tips from Geraint about climbing. Ask him next time you see him, it’s soon to be the standard BCC body position for any form of off road climbing, and you heard it hear first!
