A last minute reminder of the upcoming Combe Down Tunnel Open Day this Saturday 27 June. As the Two Tunnels Group’s contribution to celebrate Sustrans ‘Connect2’ Day they are offering a rare opportunity to come and walk through the mile long tunnel. Walks start every half hour between 10am and 5pm (although some early slots are now fully booked). Please visit http://www.twotunnels.org.uk/27-6.html to sign-up online. Everyone is welcome courtesy of tunnel owners Wessex Water. Should you prefer, you can walk the entire 4 mile route between Bath and Midford – excluding walking through Devonshire Tunnel.
